Did you know that our terroir hides the most beautiful of treasures? And yes, truffles aren’t only to be found in the Drôme or Périgord! From October to December, Delphine and her faithful companion Pinot will take you on a stroll through the magnificent forest of Clairvaux to discover the Champagne truffle.
After this memorable stroll, you’ll have the pleasure of tasting the estate’s delicious Champagnes, accompanied by toast with truffle butter.
Clearly, this is an experience that can’t be described in words… a real “coup de cœur”!
Harvesting in Champagne
Step into the shoes of a Champagne winegrower for a day!
Our winegrower partner invites you to discover the Champagne grape harvest during a day of conviviality and exchange.
You’ll be welcomed to the family winery, where you’ll learn about the specific characteristics of our beautiful terroir, the grape varieties and the growing techniques used.
Afterwards, you’ll have the privilege of picking grapes alongside the estate’s teams. You’ll taste our Champagnes and share a meal with the entire team. Your day ends with a visit to the cellar and a tasting of the grape juice at the press.
