I, Anne-Lise, have been passionate about cooking since my childhood. I am what we call self-taught. I learned a lot by reading a lot of cookbooks and watching a lot of videos. I also took cooking classes with star chefs (at the Côte Saint Jacques in Joigny and at the Château de Vault in Lugny in Yonne), at the Alain Ducasse school in Paris and at the Ferrandi school in Dijon. I also had the immense chance to spend a week in the kitchens of chef Yannick Alléno’s 3-star Michelin restaurant in Paris in February 2024 ; an internship that I will remember for a long time!

But above all, I spend my days cooking and I love it !

Before, it was for my family and friends and now, I have the pleasure of delighting our guests at our table d’hôtes.

I am a lover of seasonal products and I try as much as possible to use the wonderful products of our region.

I love sharing and I can’t wait to meet you again to help you discover my recipes and spend a delicious moment with you!

From September to June (or on request as part of privatizations), we offer cooking classes in our guest house 10 minutes away from Troyes; the ideal activity to share with family, friends or as a couple.

Become a real chef during a workshop! Our fun and friendly workshops are suitable for adults. We offer a variety of cooking and baking themes, accessible to beginners as well as people who already have good cooking skills.

The principle: you come (alone or accompanied), you cook the recipe(s) chosen beforehand and you leave with your course(s) and the recipe(s) for the courses cooked.

The cooking classes last between 2 and 3 hours depending on the themes.

The maximum capacity per class is of 5 people. A minimum number of 3 participants is required.

Be careful, since you are bringing dishes home, you must come with a cooler in order to guarantee the cold chain when transporting your courses.

We can provide you with containers to take home the courses you have cooked, but do not hesitate to bring your own containers; It’s good for the planet !

In order to guarantee the quality and flavor of the courses we will cook together, the final step of the recipe (such as assembly or cooking) may have to be done at your home.

And, one last thing, some meals having a long cooking time, you might not be able to bring back home your meals straight after the cooking class. In that case, we will ask you to come back a few hours later (for meals like bœuf bourguignon for instance).

A minimum number of 3 participants being required, a session may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not reached.

The proposed themes can be adapted according to requests and other sessions can be organized. Do not hesitate to contact us.

Cooking class prices

2 hour class 50 € / person *

3 hour class 75 € / person

* for foie gras, the price is of 90 euros per class because you will go back home with a full foie gras. For festive classes, the price is of 60 € per person and for the truffle class, the price is at 75 euros per person.
