Because we like to transmit, meet, exchange and above all because we would have loved to have had this kind of support when we started, we created la Villa de la Croix Academy.
What is la Villa de la Croix Academy?
It consists of sharing our experience on the opening of a guest house. For 3 days, you will be immersed in our daily life and you will discover our history. So that we can exchange easily, we limit the number of participants per session to a maximum of 6 duos.

Our experience when creating our guest rooms
From our past as leaders in the Industry, we have acquired skills in project management, meeting facilitation, management, budgeting, seminar organization and stock management.
Surprisingly, these skills are useful to us on a daily basis and have helped us a lot in the construction of our project. We want you to benefit from that and share our experience with you in complete transparency.
An enriching and friendly stay near Troyes, in Aube
By participating in this course, you will discover our history, learn from our mistakes and save a lot of time because you will leave with a condensed version of all our experience.
You will also be able to exchange with us and the other participants. The goal of this training is that you can ask all the questions that come to mind and that you leave with a solid background of knowledge.
The objective, of course, is also to learn in a warm environment. This course will therefore be interspersed with convivial moments of exchange and sharing. For that, nothing better than to meet around a good course or a good drink, don’t you think? You will therefore be able to enjoy (as our guests do) our gourmet courses cooked with mainly local and always seasonal products!

- The actions that we implemented before our opening (the choice of our house, our partners, the creation of our website, our social networks, our various purchases, our works)
- The knowledge we have accumulated on the regulations
- The daily management of our guest house
- Our sales and marketing strategy
