Arrival time:
We will welcome you between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, please let us know at the time of booking. In case of delay, please contact us by phone to organize your arrival.
Departure time:
We thank you to vacate the guest rooms and the gîte by 11:00 am. Once your room is free, we can keep your luggage for a few hours if you still wish to enjoy our house or the surroundings.
Parking:
We provide our guests with a closed and sheltered parking lot free of charge.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is served between 7:00 am and 10:00 am in our dining room and on our terrace on sunny days.
Table d’hôtes:
The table d’hôtes is to be reserved at least 48 hours in advance and will be served between 7:00 pm and 8:30 pm.
PETS:
To preserve the tranquility of our guests, our friends pets are not allowed.
Health and safety:
For safety and comfort reasons, our interior spaces are completely non-smoking.
Swimming pool
Access to our heated swimming pool is allowed every day from May to September from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., in harmony with the occupants of the house.
Swimming is unsupervised and forbidden to unaccompanied children. It is under the full responsibility of the users. We cannot be held responsible in any way in the event of a problem.
Terms of payment:
30% of the amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking by valid credit card. The remaining 70% must be paid on the day of departure by valid credit card or cash. The extras will be to be paid on the spot at the time of departure.
Conditions of modification:
If you would like to make a change, please contact us directly so that we can find an appropriate solution according to our availability.
Cancellation conditions:
Your credit card will be charged in case of no-show or late cancellation under the following conditions:
- If cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged and we will refund the 30% paid at the time of booking.
- If the cancellation is made between 2 and 14 days prior to arrival, we will keep the 30% paid at the time of booking in case we do not re-let the room on the same date. However, if we re-rent the room, we will refund the 30%.
- If the cancellation is made less than 2 days before the arrival or in case of no-show, we will keep the 30% paid and we will invoice you for the totality of the stay.
